Trinity — A Trinity County man is displaying just how much he dislikes local law enforcement.
Jonathon Robert Thompson, 30, was arrested for a terroristic threat on Monday, but the real threat was on his leg. Thompson had tattooed just above his left knee cap "Woody Wallace can [explicit] my [explicit] ." Precinct 4 Constable Woody Wallace is responsible for arresting Thompson.
The convict told officials he got the tattoo during his most recent jail stint for burglarizing his neighbor's house. Thompson was sentenced to 2 years probation and released from jail on May 31, but his time out of jail was short-lived.
On Monday, the Trinity County Constable's Office received a complaint from Thompson's stepdad, who filed a terroristic threat charge against him.
According to Thompson's stepdad, the two were arguing Sunday when the suspect began choking a puppy, then threatened to become a serial killer and take out everyone that had made him mad. The father ran for his life and reported the incident the next day..
Thompson is currently in the Trinity County Jail in Trinity, Texas.
Constable Wallace says he and his deputies have been targeted, but they are not going to back down because of someone's tattoo or threats. He also says they received a statement today from Thompson's girlfriend stating he wants to kill Wallace.
