Thrift Savings Plan app not official

Ft. Bliss, Tx — Fort Bliss officials are warning all military and federal employees about a free Thrift Savings Plan iPhone app, called "TSP Funds." "The application is not an official offering of the Thrift Saving Plan," said Maj. Joe Buccino, Fort Bliss Spokesperson.

"We encourage all Soldiers and family members to keep their account safe. The TSP's own access portal requires users to enter account identification and a password. It also provides information about steps investors should take to protect their accounts," Buccino said.
