Fort Hood soldier sentenced to 2 years jail, dismissed from service

A Fort Hood soldier has been sentenced to 2 years in confinement and has been dismissed from the service on sexual abuse charges.

1st Lt. James G. Donohue was arrested on Sunday, January 30, 2011 after officers received reports that the then 24-year-old sexually assaulted someone in the 64-hundred block of Titanium Drive.

A court martial panel found Donohue guilty of abusive sexual contact, wrongful sexual contact, an indecent act, and conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman.
