Grand jury clears Ahmad Dixon of wrongdoing
Waco, TX — Ahmad Dixon, a former Midway High School standout and current AP Second Team All-American safety at Baylor, has been cleared of any wrongdoing by a McLennan County grand jury.
Dixon was arrested in September for allegedly assaulting a man Dixon, 22, thought had stolen a TV of his.
The district attorney reviewed the facts and did not charge him. The department sent the case to a grand jury instead.
On Wednesday that grand jury reviewed the case and decided to not to indict Dixon.
