A jury has been selected in the capital murder trial of the second defendant in the 2011 Lakewood Villas apartment complex shooting case.

Jury summons were sent out in May for the trial of Albert Love. Court officials in Williamson County sent out 1,200 jury summons for prospective jurors in the capital trial. Those summoned were asked to fill out a questionnaire to see if they are suited to serving on the jury in Love's trial.

Love is accused of being involved in a deadly shooting that left Keenan Hubert, 20, and Tyus Sneed, 17, dead and two others injured. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty in this case.

Co-defendant Rickey Cummings was sentenced to death following his trial in November 2012.

Love's trial is slated to begin July 8.
