Killeen PD looking for credit card thieves

The Killeen Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance by identifying two males, who were seen using a stolen debit card in several stores within Killeen.

Officers who were working the information desk were contacted by a male who told them he had been shopping at the HEB, located at 2511 Trimmier Road, and apparently dropped his debit card. A witness saw two males pick up the debit card and flee the area. The victim was later notified that his debit card had been used several times at different locations within Killeen before he could cancel the card.

Detectives are asking anyone who can identify either of the two white males who used this debit card to contact Crime Stoppers at 526-TIPS (8477) or go online at www.bellcountycrimesstoppers.com or text BELLCO along with the tip to 274637. Text HELP to 274637 for help with the tip or text STOP to 274637 to stop the text. All information is confidential and anonymous. If your tip results in the arrest of the suspects responsible for this crime, you could be eligible for a reward up to $1,000 in cash.
