A man was after police say he left the scene of a car crash Saturday night. Jose Ruben Martinez-Molina is being held at McLennan County Jail on charges of intoxication assault and failures to stop and render aid.

Waco police identify body found in Brazos

Waco police now know the identity the man found floating in the Brazos river on Tuesday. The body is identified as 30-year-old Jeffrey Dewayne Washington of Waco. Police used fingerprint records to identify the man.
