Man arrested after kidnapping girlfriend from local club

On Sunday at approximately 1:20 a.m., officers saw a black Dodge pick-up speed away from the parking lot of Old School Club at 19th. and Reuter. Officers saw the vehicle driving recklessly and stopped the truck in the 2400 block of Reuter.
