Waco , TX (KWKT) — A grand jury named Joshua McLearen in a string of indictments, charging him with theft, robbery and evading arrest.
McLearen was indicted on evading arrest with a vehicle, four counts of theft, two counts of forgery and robbery.
McLearen was initially arrested back in February for robbing an AT&T store in Hewitt.
He lead officers on a high speed chase south down 1-35 until being caught by the sheriff department on Pilgrim road.
McLearen was on Waco's most wanted list for a previous forgery.
