Bryan, Texas (KWKT) — A man wanted for a Houston murder was arrested in Bryan.
Bryan Police say they stopped Tyrone Taplin for walking on the wrong side of the street. Taplin gave police a deceased man's driver's license. They also found K2 and ecstasy in a bag Taplin was carrying.
When officers discovered his identity, they saw he was wanted for the May shooting of Peter Elam in Houston. Allegedly, Taplin shot Elam in the abdomen after an argument outside of a Houston home.
