College Station, Texas (KWKT) — A Brazos County jury has found McDonald's liable for the 2012 deaths of two Blinn College students. The company has been ordered to pay $27 million in damages.
The teens died in the crash on the way to the hospital after a fight outside a McDonald’s restaurant in College Station in 2012.
The case centered around McDonald's not having any security the night of the altercation or any security camera to protect customers.
McDonald’s says it will appeal the ruling.
