The Milam County Sheriff's Office is looking for any information on the whereabouts of Travis Blake Curry, a 28-year-old white male.

According to authorities, on Monday afternoon, deputies were called out to the 1400 block of County Road 112, in reference to a burglary report. Officers learned that Curry had allegedly entered a residence there, but was then seen running through a field, south of the property. There were also indications that Curry had left most of his clothing within the residence he had entered.

On Tuesday afternoon, the sheriff’s office received calls from acquaintances of Curry, advising that they had not heard or seen Curry since Monday morning. Deputies searched several fields and buildings in the area but were unable to locate any sign of Curry.

On Wednesday, the sheriff’s office was assisted by a helicopter from DPS to help search a wider area for any signs of Curry, however none were found. If anyone has any information regarding the whereabouts of Curry, please contact the Milam County Sheriff’s Office at 254-697-7033 and ask for Chief Deputy Chris White.

Travis is not wanted for burglary.. travis is wanted for criminal trespassing. travis also left over 500.00 behind in his pocket and DID NOT take anything. You trying to make him out to be a criminal and like he is running instead of missing or hurt. I would appreciate a retraction be printed before civil litigation is saught after and the responsible party is handled accordingly. Thank you.
