A new law has been passed for Texas voters, which requires you to present a photo ID when voting.

Acceptable forms of identification include your Texas driver's license issued by DPS, a DPS-issued personal ID card, a US passport, a Texas concealed handgun license, and a few others. The ID must also be current or have expired no more than 60 days before being presented for voter qualification.

McLennan County residents will have their first election under the new requirement on November 5.
