Northgate restaurant shut down for lack of knowledge regarding sushi rules

A Northgate restaurant was shut down after a failed inspection but has since been allowed to reopen its doors.

Health officials gave the Kyoto Japanese restaurant a 63 after its inspection any score below a 70 requires the restaurant to shut down until the issues are corrected.

The health department went as far as saying on its Facebook page that Kyoto has a complete lack of knowledge regarding sushi rules.
