The Occupational Safety and Health Administration began its investigation into the death of a construction worker following Tuesday's industrial accident near Baylor University.

OSHA is looking into the circumstances surrounding 55-year-old Jose Suarez's death. Suarez and another worker were reportedly working on a lift attached to a deck at the construction site of the new Baylor stadium. Somehow, the lift detached, and both men fell into the Brazos River. One victim managed to get his harness off and swim to safety. Suarez appears to have drowned, according to initial autopsy reports.
