McGregor, TX — SpaceX warned McGregor residents last week that louder, longer tests would happen at its testing facility, and today we saw why.
The private space exploration company released this video on YouTube that shows its Grasshopper prototype rocket launch into the air, make a lateral movement, and then lower its way back down.
In the beginning of the video, you can see a herd of cattle stampeding shortly after takeoff.
It seems they didn’t get the memo.
When ready for professional use, the Grasshopper will be the world’s first reusable rocket.
