Temple PD seeks help in store robbery
Temple, TX (KWKT) — The Temple Police Department is seeking help in identifying a man who allegedly robbed a local convenience store.
The man is described as a black male, 5'10"-6'0" and 165-180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black and white hooded jacket, light colored pants and black athletic shoes.
On Wednesday, at 12:40 a.m., police responded to an store in the 2000 block of South 1st Street, on reports of a robbery.
When authorities arrived, an employee said a man entered the store with a gun and demanded money.
The man received an undisclosed amount of cash, and ran north from the location.
Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate the man.
The victim was not injured during the robbery.
