On Thursday the department stuck to their word, and the totals may surprise you.

On top of the list of the 25 worst offenders in the state is a car account owned by Ronny Williams and Cora Lewis of Pflugerville.

The two currently owe $236,026.32 for 14,358 violations.
In a close second place is Mandy Dyment and Stephen Dyment of Hutto who owes $217,619.79 for 10,566 violations.

I think the police have to punish hard such criminals those who violate the rules.Because of such violations by these bad people many innocent and normal people get affected.So,now-a-days,with the advanced technology we can track such persons and it is necessary to punish them hard.If we do such violation because of the cars fault then its better to avoid the same by maintaining and servicing it in proper time interval.Mercedes Mechanic Pacific Palisades

They should be treated no differently than the violator who has failed to pay 5 or 10 times.
