Waco man gets 99 years for meth

Waco, TX — A McLennan County jury has determined the punishment for a Waco man who pleaded guilty to 'Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver.'
Richard Sardeneta Rios, 44, has been sentenced to 99 years in prison.
Rios was arrested back in April of 2011 when police seized 50 grams of meth from his apartment.
Rios was offered a better plea deal in exchange for information about his drug supplier but never cooperrated.
Rios, a now three-time felon, is not eligible for parole until 2027.
