Waco police arrested a "HIGH RISK" sex offender yesterday for allegedly exposing himself to a child on the 4th of July.

According to Waco police, Mario Estrada, 51, exposed himself to a 9-year-old girl at a laundromat on the 2900 block of Robinson Drive.

Officials were able to determine Estrada may have been responsible after numerous tips were given following the release of surveillance photos to the public.

After identifying him by photos, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Estrada. Officers found Estrada at his house and he was taken into custody without incident. Estrada was booked into the McLennan County Jail.
