A man wanted for intoxication manslaughter is now in jail on a one million dollar bond. He's also being held without bond on a parole violation.

A warrant was issued for Orvin Scott Lee II, 28, following the investigation of a deadly rollover wreck that happened in June 2013 that left the passenger in the vehicle dead.

According to the report, the accident took place on June 4, around 2 a.m., on westbound U.S. Highway 190. The driver of the vehicle, who has been determined was Lee, was traveling at a high rate of speed, when he lost control and overturned. Jeremy Chapman, 27, of Killeen, was pronounced dead on the scene.

After the crash, authorities recovered about a half a pound of marijuana from inside of the vehicle.

Authorities say Lee was arrested around 2 p.m. Monday after receiving a Crime Stoppers tip.
