Lorena and Elm Mott, TX — Water main breaks have not been uncommon this summer.
In fact, two local towns in the Waco area are asking residents to boil water because of their own main break problems.
Residents of both Lorena and Elm Mott are being asked to boil all consumable water.
The Texas Commission of Environment Quality is testing the water in the meantime.
Only residents along Rosenthal Parkway between Losak Road and Hower Hill Road are affected in Lorena.
But in Elm Mott, the entire town is being asked to be cautious.
Residents should be notified by officials when the notice is lifted.
