WACO -- After a court appearance Wednesday a convicted killer is one step closer to the death penalty. 63-year-old Billie Wayne Coble appeared in the Texas court of criminal appeals where he was denied his third appeal.

WACO -- A Waco woman is in jail tonight for threatening her husband with a knife. 48-year-old Tory Sparks was arguing with her husband when she grabbed a knife and chased him through the house and outside threatening him.
