There have been many devastating fires throughout Central Texas, and the fire in Fort Hood at Jack Mountain is still burning. Even though fire crews have been working countless hours, currently, it is 30 percent contained.

The McLennan County Grand Jury indicted a man for capital murder today. Marcus Jerome Landrum has been accused of the murder of 70-year-old Santiago Gonzalez.
