TEMPLE -- New details in a Temple robbery that ended with an officer and suspect shot on March 6.
Police now say the suspect that was shot, 20-year-old Eriberto Herrera, has died in the hospital from gunshot wounds.
A fire that happened on February 5th, is now suspected to be arson.
38-year-old Ian Delventey Guy, has been arrested for reportedly starting the fire, at his parents home, on 2724 Mac Arthur Drive in Waco.
