The driver was not Kevin Cupps, it was his son, Quade Cupps, who does not hold a valid driver's license. Also the DPS drew blood samples from all 4 teenage males and the samples are being analyzed. the boys also left the scene and did not attempt to render any type of aid, yet no charges have been filed for this.
