WACO, TX — Jury selection began today in a murder case that all started with a used car sale.
33 year-old John Carl Arabie Jr. is accused of shooting 74 year-old David Lloyd Sanders, a Waco transit employee. in October of 2011.
Arabie bought a 1983 Grand Marquis [1] and confronted Sanders when it began having problems.
Later, a frustrated Arabie knocked on Sanders’ front door. When Sanders peered throught the eye hole, that’s when authorities believe Arabie fatally shot him.
