Death row murderer's brother now behind bars

Williamson County, TX — The brother of convicted muderer and death-row inmate Ricky Donnell Cummings has been arrested and is currently sitting in a Williamson County jail for 7 different charges.

Tyrece Edward Richards [2], 25, was arrested Saturday for giving false information to a Round Rock police officer.

He had been wanted in McLennan County for jumping bail in a theft and unlawful firearm possesion case.

In Waco he was wanted on charges of retalliation towards a potential winess in his brother's murder case.

Until this week, Richards was on Waco's most wanted list.
