BRAZOS COUNTY, TX — Jury selection is underway in Brazos County for a man who is charged with capital murder.
44-year-old Stanley Robertson, of College Station, is accused of stabbing his former girlfriend's mother to death in the Walmart parking lot before kidnapping her and dumping her body in a Fort Worth parking lot.
The jury selection will last around three weeks. Testimony is slated to begin on January 28th.
If convicted, Robertson could face the death penalty.
