BRAZOS COUNTY, TX — Trial is underway for a Bryan man accused of having more than 300 images of child pornography.
37-year-old Nivlac Simmons is facing five charges of possession of child pornography.
Simmons was arrested back in 2008 after police received a tip from an undercover FBI agent working to catch online predators. More than 350 child images were allegedly found on Simmons' computer.
If convicted, Simmons could face up to 20 years behind bars.
