Waco, Tx — Three Waco Target employees are charged with theft, after the store’s loss prevention team discovered internal thefts were occurring.
On January 15, Waco Police Department received reports from a loss prevention manager at Target that Devonte Rayshun Jones, Rosario Milagros Maldonado, and Tasheka Deanna Amos had been stealing money and property from the store. There were possibly some items that the three were not ringing up. Waco PD then issued warrants for each of their arrests.
Amos turned herself in on January 22. Maldonado also turned herself in on January 22.
Police believe “some of the employees may have been acting together on these thefts,” said Sergeant Patrick Swanton, Waco Police spokesman.
