Waco ISD employee arrested on allegations that he provided alchohol to minor

Waco, Tx — A Waco ISD employee is out on bond after being arrested Monday on a charge claiming that he provided alcohol to a minor.

William Higgins is an employee at Bell's Hill Elementary School. He is on paid leave while investigation continues.

Reports state that the incident, involving Higgins, occurred at a home in China Spring, not at the school. Students and staff from the elementary school, where Higgins is employed, are reportedly not involved with the incident.
