BRYAN, Tx (KYLE) — Trial is underway in Brazos County for a man accused of being involved in a deadly drug-shooting back in 2011.
Christopher Hernandez is one of three who allegedly went to Billy Menard's apartment in Bryan back in October of 2011 and shot Menard through his apartment door after a bad drug deal.
Hernandez is charged with murder and could face up to life in prison if found guilty.
Clayton Thompson was found guilty late last year and is serving a 45 year sentence. The third suspect involved, Travis Carroll, is expected to go to trial later this year.
