BRAZOS COUNTY, Tx (KYLE) — The former Brazos County constable's deputy accused of kidnapping and attempted sexual assault pleaded guilty Friday.
Agustin Rubio will spend the next eight years behind bars and will have to register as a sex offender for life once released.
Rubio was arrested back in August of 2011 after a woman told police Rubio handcuffed her and put her in the back of his car.
She was never booked and later woke up alone in a parking lot.
Two weeks later another victim came forward and said a similar incident happened to her in June 2011.
