Conflict continues between the owners of the abandoned Sanger Avenue School and the city of Waco.
A court has ordered the two parties to resolve their dispute through mediation.
The city of Waco has asked to demolish the old school building, calling it structurally unsound and a safety risk.
However the managers of the school want to preserve the building as a historic landmark for Waco.
Both groups will have to work out their disagreements with a judge serving as mediator.
