KILLEEN -- Notices have been sent out to notify Killeen City Council members their positions are eligible for recall.
After resident Jonathan Okray gathered the 1,050 signatures it takes to recall the council.
This after the council voted for a $750,000 buyout of former City Manager Connie Green.
Signatures were gathered against every council member except the mayor and Joann Purser, who was not re-elected.
The council has until Sunday to decide if they want to resign or ask for a re-election in November.
The city told Fox 44 they expect all the members to continue to serve until another election is held.
