Information from Killeen Police Department
Killeen Police are investigating a burglary that occurred at the Star Mart Convenience Store during the early morning hours on Saturday, October 15, 2011.
Officers responded to an alarm at the Star Mart located at 3322 E. Rancier at 4:20am on Saturday, October 15, 2011. Once the officers arrived at the business they found the front glass door to the business smashed; the officers cleared the business and did not find anyone inside. Upon the officers checking the surveillance video they could see where a heavyset black male wearing a white tank top, blue jeans and black sneakers busted the front glass door and made entry into the store. His head was covered with a white towel and had another piece of cloth wrapped around his right bicep. Once inside he stole several packs of cigarettes, a case of Keystone beer and two bottles of wine.
