COLLEGE STATION -- A College Station man is charged with breaking an anti-gang order after a state trooper found him hiding in the trunk of a car.
We're told 22-year-old, Virgil Ponce Jr. was found in the fetal position in the trunk of a friend's car that was pulled over for having an obstructed license plate.
Ponce was arrested for violating a court order of engaging in criminal activity, as well as possession of marijuana.
He was also charged with seven other offenses that included jumping bail and failure to appear.
