Ft. Worth-area pastor beaten to death with electric guitar

Fort Worth, Texas — A pastor of a church near Fort Worth, Texas is dead after a bizarre incident Monday morning.

A car crashed into the Greater Sweethome Missionary Baptist Church in Forest Hill, and when police officers arrived to investigate, they found the driver beating the pastor to death with an electric guitar.

The officers tased, then arrested, the driver. Later, authorities went to check on him in the squad car and found that he had died.

The church secretary witnessed the assaults and called 911 while she barricaded herself inside an office, according to NBC DFW [1].

Police are investigating the motive of the attack.
