Located in the shops of Modoc, Freedom Urgent Care provides walk-in service with extended evening and weekend hours for non-life-threatening illness or injury. 

Our highly skilled board-certified physicians, physician assistants and Nurse Practioners are dedicated to providing medical care specifically tailored to your needs. 

We provide: 

•Immediate care for complaints such as flu symptoms, sore throats, ear aches, sprains, UTI’s, fractures, lacerations, common pediatric problems, and much more. 
•IV fluids
•Lab analyses and X ray so that you don’t have to go anywhere else for diagnostic tests
•Preventative diagnostic care 
•Physicals

You can just walk-in for your urgent care needs or conveniently pre register on line to simplify the process. For our corporate partners, you can easily make an appointment by filling out an Appointment Request designed to directly send to our Occupational Medicine Clinic.
