BRYAN -- After several complaints about narcotics trafficking in Bryan a surveillance watch catches a woman in the act while allegedly dealing cocaine.

Police arrested 43-year-old Rachel Nealey this week stemming from a surveillance watch back in May.

We're told undercover investigators witnessed Nealey buy a cocaine cookie from a dealer in a school zone and then try to sell it in another school zone near Anson Jones Elementary School.

Nealey is charged with manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance.
