Four suspects arrested for October murder of a Killeen man

Two men and two women have been arrested in connection to the body found on the side of the road near the Stillhouse Dam.

Anthony McKoy, 24, is charged with murder. No bond has been set for him until his arraignment. Toriano Thomas, 29, Katrina Jackson, 21, and Jessabel Lucas, 30, are charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence. Their bonds have been set at $60,000.

On October 12, the body of an unidentified male was discovered by a motorist near FM 1670, approximately a half mile south of the Stillhouse Dam.

On October 13, the Bell County Sheriff's Office was notified by the Southwest Institute of Forensic Science in Dallas that Llael Garcia-Rodriguez,31, died from stab wounds.

As the murder investigation continued, the Bell County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the San Antonio Police Department, Killeen Police Department, and the Department of Public Safety. During the investigation, investigators received information that the murder of Garcia-Rodriguez occurred within the city limits of Killeen.
