MONDAY: Partly sunny skies. After a chilly morning, expect a mild and seasonal afternoon. High: 60. Winds: SW 15 mph.

TUESDAY: A cold front arrives late Monday night into Tuesday morning. Skies partly cloudy and cooler. Low: 34. High: 47. Winds: NE 15-20 mph with higher wind gusts.

WEDNESDAY, NEW YEARS EVE: Mainly cloudy skies and cold. A cold early morning. Low: 30. Afternoon temperatures reaching the upper 30s and lower 40s. High: 40. Winds: NE 10-15 mph. A 20% chance of precipitation possible by Wednesday night into Thursday morning. If this precipitation occurs, it could be some sleet or freezing rain.
