***Flash Flood Watch for a large part of the area...Heavy downpours may lead to flash flooding today***

TODAY:  Cloudy and humid with more periods of showers and thunderstorms, especially near and to the south of a line from Goldthwaite to Killeen and to Centerville (80% Chance).  Northern areas 20% or less...Some of the rain will be heavy, possibly causing flooding of some streets and low lying area in the southern half of Central TX as well as in parts of the Brazos Valley... High temperatures will range from 86-82 in northern areas and to 80-85 in central and southern areas....Winds Variable 6-12 mph, but with higher gusts near scattered thunderstorms.

TONIGHT;  Showers and thunderstorms diminishing and ending...Some patchy ground fog is likely...Lows 67-71.
